1) Focus/Sharpness - Yes - the stars are tight...although the ring looks a little "fuzzy"
2) Composition - No - still a little low, which I could live with, but off to the left now. You might want to try cropping the image to a square shape?
3) Star Quality - Yes - huge improvement!
4) Processing Skills - No - Color balance is still off. You need -5 Red, -15 Blue to align the historams & balance the colors. Also - you could stretch the image a tad more now...try to bring out more of the nebulosity around the comet.
5) Exposure/Depth - Yes
6) Technical Bonus - Yes - nice catch!
