Rotation of Jupiter (animation)

Object name / Catalog Number: Rotation of Planet Jupiter

Camera (specific model): DSI-col.1  with Gain 86/Offset 41

Number of Exposures & Exposure length: 16 sets of exposures of 200 exp. each (0.125sec/exp.) - Duration = 5 hours (20.18 - 01.15 UT.)

Scope: Model, Aperture and F ratio: 8" Nexstar 8i SE. F.10 with X3 barlow.

Filters used: None

Image Capture Software: Envisage

Processing software: Registax for stacking + Photo Shop CS. Then processed with Easy Gif animator to produce animation

Guide camera/scope (if guided imaging used): None

Other (optional): This animation is something I always wished to create. Date 16th. May 2006. Locality: Attard - Malta EU.
